Well since my last post I have been to the supermarket, stocked up on some ingredients and have fired up the blender.
Blueberry and spinach smoothie
1 cup blueberries
1/2 cup of soy milk
1 cup of fresh spinach
I have to say for a first attempt it tastes great. I have been told that if you don’t like spinach you can leave it out but the taste won’t be much different (so you might as well get the vitamin k into you)
